We have a team of industrial and technical professionals to provide project services and work supervision, legalizations, new installation certificates, modifications, inspections, installations, and comprehensive projects.

We have authorized installers for electricity, water, gas, and telecommunications, offering coverage throughout the Garraf region, as well as the rest of Catalonia.

Since September 18, 2008, and according to the Order published in the Diari oficial de la Generalitat de Catalunya Num. 4205, dated 08-26-2004 by the Department of Labor and Industry, it is mandatory to formalize a maintenance contract with an authorized installation company in the following cases:

• Industrial installations requiring a project with a maximum admissible power exceeding 100KW.
• Places of public assembly (more than 40 m2). Garages with more than 25 spaces.
• Common services of buildings with more than 100 KW.

Each property or establishment must have a maintenance logbook, which will contain the record and the results of the corresponding inspections and reviews.

The administration, through its control entities, will carry out random inspections to ensure compliance with this regulation.
