- Establishment of the Community, for those properties that require it.
- Legalization of the Community's Minutes Book.
- Registration of the property with the Tax Office and obtaining the NIF.
- Issuance and management of collection of receipts corresponding to the budget for ordinary and extraordinary expenses.
- Control and payment of all regular and periodic economic obligations of the community, as well as exceptional works that will be authorized by the President.
- Annual settlement of expenses and income.
- Preparation of the annual expense budget.
- Preparation of calls for Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings.
